Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive focused on Stablecoin Issuing to grow adoption and revenue for this product and its underlying payments infrastructure. You will work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other GTM teams to advance deals from qualification through close and launch.

This high-autonomy role requires you to navigate technical and business conversations, develop deep product knowledge, and build repeatable commercial playbooks as the stablecoin market evolves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and build where there isn’t yet a playbook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions for multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• A collaborative teammate who is eager to learn, grow, and leave things nicer than they found them.

Responsibilities

• Own a revenue target and the end-to-end commercial motion for Stablecoin Issuing, from pipeline development and qualification through negotiation, close, and launch.
• Qualify customer business models, stablecoin fund flows, target geographies, cardholder use cases, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive and partner landscape, and use it to sharpen Stripe’s positioning.
• Lead technically and commercially complex sales involving stablecoin infrastructure, card issuing, cross-border money movement, and program economics.
• Navigate stakeholders across internal Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams, as well as financial partners and card networks, from early qualification through launch.
• Use early customer engagements to develop repeatable segmentation, qualification criteria, commercial models, and GTM playbooks.
• Bring structured market feedback to Product and Engineering as the product and market rapidly evolve.
• Bring curiosity, good judgment, and a sense of humor – we’re building the playbook as we go.
