Job summary

Centro Benefits Research, LLC is expanding its team in the United States as we scale our services for carriers and clients. The role focuses on supporting RFP and quoting processes, managing broker pipelines, and developing client- and carrier-facing content.

You will assist with revenue tracking, onboarding, and carrier relationships in a fast-paced, people-first culture. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree (license preferred) and is proficient in Excel with familiarity in database

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Practical knowledge of quoting process and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database applications.
• Valid life and health insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP/quoting process and pipeline management, securing missing info and guiding analysts.
• Coordinate pre-renewal calls with producer, AE, and Centro Consultant for strategy or negotiations.
• Develop client and carrier meeting content, including stewardship presentations and analytics.
• Assist with revenue tracking and reconciliation for the book of business.
• Provide administrative support such as travel, expense reports, and event coordination.
• Assist in managing carrier relationships and onboarding new clients.
• Offer small-market consulting and migration assistance as needed.
