Job summary

Centro Benefits Research, LLC is expanding its team to support growing client demand and complex RFP workflows. This role focuses on coordinating the quoting process, managing carrier and client pipelines, and developing materials for meetings and training.

You will assist with revenue tracking and administrative tasks to keep operations smooth. Ideal candidates will influence senior-level stakeholders, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database applications.
• Valid life and health insurance license, required.

Responsibilities

• RFP/Quoting process support and pipeline management with carriers and clients.
• Agency pipeline management and scheduling pre-renewal calls with stakeholders.
• Content development for meetings, stewardship presentations, and reporting to carriers.
• Revenue tracking and reconciliation for book of business.
• Administrative support including travel coordination and expense reports.
• Assist with management of carrier relationships.
• Assist with new client onboarding with Centro onboarding team.
• Provide small-market consulting and migration assistance as needed.
