Job summary

Centro Benefits Research is expanding its team in a growth phase, seeking a professional to support RFP/Quoting processes, manage carrier and broker pipelines, and develop materials for client meetings. You will assist with revenue tracking and provide critical administrative support to onboarding and vendor relations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leveraging Excel and database tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must know quoting process and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with database apps.
• Valid life and health insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• RFP/Quoting process support and pipeline management with carriers and clients.
• Agency pipeline management with broker clients; schedule pre-renewal calls to craft marketing strategy or inforce negotiations.
• Content development for client and carrier meetings, including stewardship presentations and analytics.
• Revenue tracking and reconciliation for book of business.
• Administrative support: travel, expense reports, events, carrier relationships, onboarding.
