You will work with engineering and sales teams to gather data for quotes, manage customer specifications, and participate in trade shows. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience are expected, with travel 25-50%.

• Able to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.
• Tech-savvy with smart devices.
• Willing to travel 25–50% of the time.
• Experience with top-level management interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with current and prospective customers to build relationships.
• Maintain and update company and contact information.
• Prepare lists of prospective customers and research market data.
• Coordinate with engineering to obtain quotes and post-project data.
• Consult with department leads on customer specifications.
• Prepare sales reports and executive portfolio reviews.
