Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identify opportunities to expand relationships, and partner with Territory Business Managers to drive strategic growth.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across service teams. Travel locally as needed; base salary plus competitive commission and car allowance are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management.
• Healthcare or service industry experience.
• Proficient in CRM Tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated success growing existing accounts.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand existing business by educating customers on new products to add to their existing account.
• Presenting and closing new products and solutions to customers.
• Negotiate and renew current service agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth objectives.
