OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a highly organized, results-driven professional to support RFP processes, manage broker client pipelines, and develop compelling client-facing content. You will help track revenue, coordinate administrative tasks, and assist with carrier relationships while onboarding new clients.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to craft strategy, ensure accurate analytics, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Practical knowledge of quoting process and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database applications.
• Valid life and health insurance license required.

Responsabilités

• RFP/Quoting process support and pipeline management – secure missing information from clients and carriers, respond to analyst inquiries, guide analysts.
• Agency pipeline management – prioritize RFP pipeline, communicate status and delivery dates, schedule pre-renewal calls to craft strategy.
• Content development for client meetings and carrier partner engagements, including stewardship presentations and training.
• Revenue tracking and reconciliation – assist with tracking and reconciliation of book of business revenue.
• Administrative support – coordinate travel, expense reports, events, and other tasks for the consultant team.
• Assist with management of carrier relationships and onboarding of new clients with Centro onboarding team.
• Provide small-market consulting and migration assistance as appropriate.
