The role supports RFP/Quoting processes, agency pipeline management, content development for client and carrier meetings, revenue tracking, and onboarding.

It also provides small-market consulting and migration assistance as growth continues.

Responsibilities

• RFP/Quoting process support and pipeline management – Work with the RFP/Quote team to secure missing information and respond to analyst inquiries.
• Agency pipeline management – Prioritize RFP pipeline, communicate status and delivery dates, schedule pre-renewal calls.
• Content development for client meetings, including stewardship presentations and carrier analytics.
• Revenue tracking and reconciliation – assist with tracking book of business revenue.
• Administrative support – travel arrangements, expense reports, events, and appreciation activities.
• Assist with management of carrier relationships.
• Assist with new client onboarding with Centro onboarding team.
• Provide small-market consulting and migration assistance.
