Responsibilities

What does our Strategic Account Executive do? This role involves retaining and growing their assigned account portfolio by selling unserviced sites and introducing products, services, and solutions to meet customer objectives. The role includes working closely with branch teams and customers to maximize service across the customer's footprint. Revenue growth comes from expanding existing accounts through selling additional sites, services, and products, executing LAMP principles, and managing a portfolio valued at over $7M with an annual sales growth target of $1.5M. The individual will also negotiate contract renewals aiming for a 70% renewal rate annually.

Key responsibilities include leveraging LAMP concepts for growth, developing strategic business plans, focusing on profitability, maintaining customer relationships, and conducting risk assessments and satisfaction measurements to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

What do you need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in large account management, sales, or operations
  • Ability to analyze data and develop targeted growth plans
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Miller Heiman (LAMP) methodologies and profitability measurement tools
