• 7+ years in fast-paced client-side or agency roles leading marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationship, build trusted partnerships and align internal teams around a unified approach.
• Drive program scope, timelines, cross-functional alignment, and clear communication cadences.
• Lead UX strategy for the web platform transition and oversee milestones and deliverables.
• Build pricing models and SOWs for subsequent design and development phases with financial oversight.
• Synthesize strategic inputs into cohesive narratives and ensure briefs meet business goals.
• Identify organic growth opportunities within the client organization.
