DQE Communications, based in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an Account Director to drive sales revenue and foster long-term corporate client relationships within the telecommunications sector. You will identify opportunities, understand client needs, and deliver customized solutions to meet technology requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in outside sales. Local travel to assigned territories is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in telecom or tech.
• Strong business sense and ability to align solutions with client objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the territory.
• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking and referrals.
• Understand clients' needs and design tailored telecom/technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotes with pricing and implementation plans.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contract terms and service levels.
• Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales performance reports.
