MERGE, a marketing and technology agency, seeks an Account Director for its Life Science Practice. You will oversee account management, nurture client relationships, and drive strategic, financially sound campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of account management experience at an advertising agency or similar.
• Life Sciences/Pharma experience with MLR process, ideally with DTC experience.
• Strong background with strategic ideation, tactical activation, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all account management processes and client interactions.
• Direct and motivate day-to-day account team activities and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive strategic creative solutions.
• Manage campaigns to meet delivery requirements and deadlines while maintaining budgets.
• Grow business by identifying new client opportunities and expanding services.
