Job summary

We Are Social in Miami seeks an Associate Account Director to lead a team overseeing day-to-day client initiatives. You’ll balance high-stakes relationship management with hands-on project work, ensuring the team delivers impactful results while keeping agency profitability intact.

You will guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments, while mentoring teams and influencing strategy from concept to execution across campaigns for top clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an account management role or similar within a creative environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
• Proven account management and client communication skills
• Deep understanding of the social landscape and platforms, features, best practices
• Experience with scoping, timelines, project management, margins, and revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Manage key day-to-day client relationships and partners with proactive communication
• Deliver channel strategies and tactics for product launches
• Track progress, relay client feedback to the team
• Provide strategic marketing guidance and thought leadership
• Understand clients’ business goals and communicate how we can help achieve them
• Oversee client profitability, budgets, and measurement metrics
• Lead client presentations and handle tough questions to move discussions forward
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep schedules and plans on track
