Job summary

The role involves building dashboards, models, and reports, serving as the primary contact for data requests, and collaborating with IR&DS and other Dean’s Office teams on analyses and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field and five to eight years of experience in institutional research, data analysis, or reporting.
• Master’s degree preferred; relevant university experience may substitute.
• Proficiency with data retrieval and manipulation tools such as Tableau Prep Builder, Alteryx, Python, etc.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or a comparable tool.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key academic drivers to support Dean and Senior Associate Deans’ decision‑making.
• Gather, interpret, monitor, and analyze information on policies, demographics, and operational outcomes.
• Produce dashboards, models, and reports to support annual and long‑range planning.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external data requests.
• Collaborate with Dean’s Office teams and IR&DS to deliver analyses with minimal supervision.
