Job summary

Stanford University’s School of Humanities and Sciences Data and Planning team seeks an Academic Assessment and Information Analyst to support decision-making for the Dean and Senior Associate Deans. The role analyzes policies, demographics, and outcomes, delivering actionable insights and reports across departments.

The position is 100% FTE, exempt, continuing, based on the Stanford campus with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least 3 days on site per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field and five to eight years of institutional research, data analysis, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, interprets, monitors, and analyzes information on policies, demographics, and operational outcomes, yielding actionable information.
• Delivers reporting for the Dean’s Office and for departments and programs; supports decision-making.
• Works with the IRDS team and others to provide analysis underpinning planning and resource decisions.
