Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field; 5–8 years in institutional research, data analysis, or reporting.
• Master’s degree preferred; relevant university experience may substitute.
• Experience translating open-ended stakeholder questions into defined analyses and presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with higher education data domains—student records, faculty, finances, staff and space data.
• Ability to manage concurrent requests with competing deadlines and clearly communicate tradeoffs.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytical work with sound judgment about human verification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key academic drivers to support Dean and Senior Associate Deans' decision-making.
• Gather, interpret, monitor, and analyze information on policies, demographics, and outcomes.
• Deliver reporting for the Dean’s Office and for departments and programs; support long-range planning.
• Collaborate with the Data and Planning team and IRDS with minimal supervision.
