Job summary

Tufts Medicine seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead the 340B Program across acute care and ambulatory settings. This role will serve as the subject matter expert, coordinating the 340B Oversite Committee and Contract Pharmacy representatives while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

The role includes education for Tufts Medicine employees, maintaining 340B knowledge, and guiding the organization through evolving regulations. Strong leadership and collaboration across departments are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• Pharmacist license required.
• Five (5) years of hospital pharmacy experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 340B Oversite Committee and Contract Pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA regulations and policy changes.
• Oversee audits, reporting, and crosswalk reviews for 340B program.
• Collaborate with Procurement on purchasing and accumulations for 340B.
• Provide education on 340B requirements to Tufts Medicine staff annually.
• Precepting PGY1 residents and pharmacy students.
• Organize and lead weekly 340B meetings and quarterly Oversite Committee meetings.
