Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years production planning or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year experience using SAP or comparable ERP system.
• 2+ years experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Experience supporting at least one new-product introduction in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain feasible production plans across a 13-week horizon.
• Monitor production progress, inventory, and capacity against plan.
• Identify material shortages and coordinate corrective actions.
• Evaluate equipment, tooling, facility, and resource constraints.
• Analyze risks, bottlenecks, and trends using planning systems and Excel.
• Support new-product introductions and engineering changes; assess timing and risks.
• Lead cross-functional improvements to planning processes, cycle time, and delivery.
