Job summary

Flooring Services LTD is seeking a Strapper Machine Operator to operate, adjust, and maintain strapping machinery to ensure products are properly bundled and prepared for shipment. This role supports production flow while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to read English or Spanish. Prior experience with strapping equipment is a plus, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English or Spanish is required.
• Basic math and measurement skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic strapping machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products before and after strapping to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Load and replenish strapping materials to maintain production.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues.
• Secure products for storage and transportation.
• Maintain production records and operate within housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety, quality, and material handling procedures.
• Assist with other production or warehouse duties as assigned.
