Job summary

LS Cable & System USA in Tarboro, NC, is seeking an experienced operator to perform routine setups on Strand/Cabling production lines. You will ensure tooling and safety devices are in place, run the line, and secure first-piece QA approval while checking product dimensions with basic gauges.

You will remove reels, move finished stock, keep setup records up to date, and assist peers to maintain smooth production. Strong manufacturing experience and attention to safety are required.

Qualifications

• HS education or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple measuring instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up strand/cabling line and inspect tooling for wear.
• Operate the line and obtain first piece inspection approval.
• Check finished product visually and measure for dimensions.
• Remove finished reels and replace with empty reels.
• Record production output and downtime on standard forms.
• Assist other operators and maintain clean work area.
