Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently in undergraduate program and rising senior in summer 2026.
• Knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry and familiarity with financial markets.
• Experience with crypto ecosystems (self-custody, DeFi, staking, trading) through personal use, coursework, or projects.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured written deliverables such as research summaries, presentations, or market analyses.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across STP functions including Sales, Account Management, Execution Services, Financing, Solutions Architecture, and Research to build a comprehensive view of institutional client needs.
• Analyze data for trends and opportunities, producing competitor analysis and market commentary that inform client engagement strategies.
• Create pitchbooks and outreach materials for client presentations and high-value prospect engagement.
• Triage and follow up with inbound leads to qualify sales opportunities, tracking progress across product campaigns.
• Research and propose process improvements that grow and strengthen the STP business.
