Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong coding skills with exposure to C++, Java, Python, HTML/JavaScript/Node.js.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work in a small team and be an enthusiastic self-starter.
• Interest in financial trading systems and AI coding agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with technologists and business experts on hands-on projects.
• Contribute to development of Tradeweb's STP system across pre-trade to post-trade.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
