You will analyze data, create client materials, and help triage leads while learning how the institutional business operates.

The role emphasizes market context, crypto industry knowledge, and collaboration with senior teams. This internship supports a hybrid in-person/remote model with quarterly in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Currently in your junior year of an undergraduate program with demonstrated academic achievement.
• Knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry and familiarity with financial markets.
• Experience with crypto ecosystems through personal use, coursework, or projects.
• Ability to produce clear, structured written deliverables such as research summaries or market analysis.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across STP functions to build a comprehensive view of institutional client needs.
• Analyze data for trends and opportunities and produce market commentary.
• Create pitchbooks and outreach materials for client presentations.
• Triage and follow up with inbound leads to qualify sales opportunities.
• Research and propose process improvements to grow the STP business.
