Station Casinos is seeking a Kitchen Equipment Sanitation Aide to support the Food and Beverage department in keeping all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, and deep fryers cleaned and maintained to company standards.

You will assemble and disassemble kitchen equipment and perform cleaning tasks, ensuring compliance with Department of Health safety and sanitation guidelines. Attention to detail and knowledge of ware-washing procedures are essential.

Formación

• Must obtain all required work cards.
• Must have attention to detail and a working knowledge of soaps, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc. are cleaned and maintained to Company standards.
