Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a kitchen equipment maintenance worker to ensure ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, and fryers meet company standards. You will assemble and disassemble equipment and perform thorough cleanings daily.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers and other kitchen equipment to company standards.
• Assemble and disassemble kitchen equipment as needed and clean thoroughly.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with Department of Health policies.

Supports Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc. are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications. Must assemble and disassemble kitchenequipment and clean. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.

Qualifications:

Must be able to obtain all required work cards. Possess attention to detail and a working knowledge of Soaps, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
