Station Casinos LLC. is looking for a kitchen sanitation helper to maintain and clean ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, and fryers to company standards. The role includes assembling and disassembling kitchen equipment and ensuring compliance with health department policies.

Candidates should have attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, ware-washing procedures, and the ability to obtain required work cards. This on-site position supports Food and Beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Must obtain all required work cards.
• Possess attention to detail and a working knowledge of soaps, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc. are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications.
• Must assemble and disassemble kitchen equipment and clean.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with Department of Health policies.
