Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas is seeking friendly hospitality team members to help deliver approachable luxury and memorable guest moments.

You will maintain the cleanliness of bar areas and equipment, keep stock in the pump/soda room well organized, and ensure a well‑stocked bar with condiments, beer, wine, and liquor. Must be 21+ and able to obtain work cards. This role emphasizes personal service and reliability to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of bar areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of glass washer, ice machine, margarita machine, pouring guns and holders, and drip trays; clean all coolers, back bar, front bar surfaces, and display areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, ensure area is stocked and notify manager when orders must be placed.
• Maintaining a well-stocked bar including condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice and other related products.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of glass washer, ice machine, margarita machine, pouring guns and holders, and drip trays. Cleaning all coolers, as well as the back bar, front bar surfaces, and display areas.Cleaning and wiping all display bottles, Point of Sale displays and any other items on surfaces in view of the internal or external guest
• Maintaining cleanliness of the stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, ensuring that area is well stocked and notify manager when orders must be placed
• Maintaining a well‑stocked bar including condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice and other related products
