Toole Design, based in Columbus, OH, seeks a Marketing and Communications Writer who loves finding the right words to tell our story and explain projects to communities and decision-makers. You’ll write across newsletters, webpages, video scripts, and social content, shaping clear messaging for public audiences.

You’ll work with planners and engineers on transportation projects nationwide, ensuring every piece is polished and on message, while collaborating in a hybrid office environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of hands-on writing and editing public-facing content.
• Experience working within a defined brand and style.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Mailchimp, Agorapulse, Meta Business Suite, Squarespace, Wordpress, Google Analytics, CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions.
