Job summary

Story Land is hiring a Retail Sales Host (Seasonal) to welcome guests, assist with merchandise questions, and process purchases at various Story Land retail locations. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, product knowledge, and promoting sales.

Flexibility with evenings and weekends is expected, and guests can enjoy free park admission on days off. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• No education required; retail experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests with a smile as they enter retail locations.
• Initiate conversations with guests and assist with questions regarding merchandise or souvenirs.
• Maintain knowledge of available merchandise to assist guests with product questions.
• Promote current sales and promotions to prospective guests.
• Operate POS equipment to finalize purchases accurately.
