The role requires a storytelling mindset, collaboration with scientists and designers, and a track record of managing multilingual content. You will champion accessible, entertaining science communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (media/entertainment production, film or television, communications, museum studies, or a science-related field) and a foundational understanding of informal science communication.
• At least 5 years of experience developing content for entertainment, themed experiences, television or streaming production, exhibitions, or guest-facing activations.
• Strong pitching, notes-taking, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead exhibition narratives and live experiences, shaping story arcs and content for guests.
• Translate complex science into engaging guest journeys and season arcs.
• Pitch bold activations that make science compelling for all ages.
• Oversee bilingual English/Spanish content development and ensure accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external creatives to unify big ideas.
• Manage content schedules and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Refine experiences using guest feedback and evaluation data.
