Qualifications

Ability to prepare and interpret plans, calculations, and reports.
Experience managing consultants, contractors, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, review, and manage stormwater and utility projects.
Prepare/Review hydrologic analyses, drainage studies, and construction documents.
Evaluate infrastructure and recommend capital improvements.
Ensure conformance with county standards and regulations.
Provide field support during construction and project closeout.
