Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and five years of supervisory experience.
• FSA Level 2 or FWPCOA 'A' License within one year of hire.
• FEMA IC S-100, S-200, IS-700, and IS-800 training required.
• Intermediate Temporary Traffic Control Certification required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Leads inspection, repair, and maintenance of roadway and stormwater systems.
• Creates weekly work schedules for technicians and allocates resources.
• Supervises crews and ensures compliance with safety and regulations.
• Monitors quality, performance, and timeliness of work; manages payroll paperwork.
• Participates in budget development and inter-department collaboration.
