Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking a Stormwater Staff Engineer to support our civil site projects with design and implementation of stormwater products. You will present project-specific solutions, perform design calculations, and help integrate products into site plans.

You will manage design-phase projects, coordinate with field and internal teams, and develop product specifications with specifying civil engineers while advancing market presence and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 2 years civil-site experience focusing on stormwater or drainage design.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consultative approach: present project-specific stormwater solutions and provide design support.
• Project management: track design-phase progress and keep data current.
• Specification development: work with civil engineers to develop secure product specs.
• Collaboration: coordinate with field and internal teams to meet stormwater objectives.
• Market expansion: assist Regulatory Services to identify opportunities in new markets.
