You will maintain client relationships through consultative design discussions, provide design calculations, and help ensure site plans integrate Contech products effectively.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams, regulatory awareness, and scalable project management across multiple markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil site projects with stormwater or drainage design.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Consultative approach: present project-specific solutions to civil engineering clients and provide design calculations, layouts, drawings, and guidance on local stormwater regulations.
Project management: manage and track designs, keeping data current and coordinating with the team.
Specification development: collaborate with civil engineers to develop secure product specifications.
Collaboration: communicate with field and internal teams to meet stormwater objectives.
Market expansion: identify opportunities in new markets and expand presence in existing markets.
