Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions in the United States is seeking a Stormwater Staff Engineer to support civil site projects, design and implement stormwater products, and maintain strong client relationships. You will provide design calculations, basic layouts, drawings, and guidance to integrate our solutions into site plans.

You will manage design-phase projects, assist with plan reviews, develop product specifications with civil engineers, and collaborate across field and internal teams to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience in civil site projects with emphasis on stormwater or drainage design preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Approach: Present project-specific solutions to civil engineering clients, providing quality design calculations, basic layouts and drawings, and expert advice to integrate our products into site plans.
• Project Management: Manage and track projects in the design phase and assist with projects at all stages when necessary.
• Specification Development: Collaborate with specifying civil engineers to develop secure product specifications.
• Collaboration: Communicate with field and internal teams to meet stormwater quality and runoff reduction objectives.
• Market Expansion: Identify opportunities in new markets and drive the highest specification for water quality.
