Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking a Stormwater Staff Engineer in Oregon to support the design and implementation of stormwater products, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project owners to deliver compliant site plans.

You will lead design tasks, develop specifications with civil engineers, coordinate with field and internal teams, and assist with expanding into new markets while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years of civil site projects focusing on stormwater or drainage design preferred.
• Strong client relationship abilities and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consultative approach: present project-specific solutions and provide design calculations and drawings.
• Project management: track design-phase projects and coordinate data communication.
• Develop secure product specifications with civil engineers.
• Collaborate with field and internal teams to meet stormwater goals.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Services for market expansion opportunities.
