Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking a Stormwater Staff Engineer to support civil site projects and design/implement Contech’s Stormwater products. This role focuses on presenting project solutions, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to meet water quality and quantity goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Prior experience in civil site projects with an emphasis on stormwater or drainage design preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office products, AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consultative approach: present project-specific solutions to civil engineering clients, provide design calculations and basic layouts.
• Project management: track design-phase projects and keep data current for the team.
• Specification development: collaborate with civil engineers to develop product specifications.
• Collaboration: communicate with field and internal teams to meet stormwater objectives.
• Market expansion: identify opportunities in new markets with Regulatory Services.
