Job summary

City of Flagstaff seeks a Stormwater Project Manager to lead field inspections, project management, regulatory compliance, and program development. You will work with engineers, planners, contractors, developers, and residents to address drainage and water quality concerns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

The role focuses on project delivery, watershed health initiatives, outreach, and funding coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field or Bachelor's degree in a non-related field with E.I.T registration.
• Two (2) years of professional level experience planning, coordinating, and managing projects.
• Valid driver's license.
• Substitution by education/experience allowed year-for-year; specific licenses may not be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Attend meetings and perform related duties as required.
• Review construction plans for projects and development input.
• Conduct inspections for commercial, industrial, and residential building projects to ensure compliance and issue permits.
• Manage delivery of capital stormwater projects and internal projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

E.I.T registration (Engineering-In-Training)
