Job summary

Apex Clearing Corporation is seeking a CSW Quality Control Supervisor to lead stormwater compliance crews across the Central/West Region. The role involves supervising field teams, enforcing health and safety policies, and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.

Travel is required, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to a broad range of projects. The candidate should have at least 5 years of related supervision experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with successful development and management of field projects and supervising staff.
• Willingness to travel and work in varying conditions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold integrity and responsibility.
• Promote and enforce Apex H&S policies and OSHA-compliant practices.
• Observe and evaluate stormwater crew performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure crews maintain equipment and assets.
• Report to the Stormwater Compliance Manager of the Southeast Region.
• Mentor Crew Foreman and Technicians.
• Perform manual labor as required and travel for assignments.
