Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid California driver's license with clean record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with SWPPP inspections preferred.
• Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP), QSD, or QISP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and from job sites for inspections and prepare reports.
• Monitor weather forecasts for rain events and schedule inspections.
• Prepare annual and quarterly reports; update data.
• Store reports, photos, and data on the company server.
• Conduct water quality sampling, monitoring, and analysis.
• Interact with clients and contractors.
• Pursue QSP/QSD/QISP certifications and complete training.
