Apex Companies is seeking a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) to oversee maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. You will lead a crew, allocate tasks, and ensure safety while working outdoors across local and regional sites.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of manual labor or outdoor work experience.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10–15 days per month).
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT interstate transport requirements.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, motor vehicle, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2–4 crew members and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction on client properties.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in Apex systems.
