Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of manual labor outdoor experience.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT interstate requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required; drug-free workplace.
• Physically capable of bending, kneeling, lifting, and working in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2–4 members, enforcing safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction for client properties.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in field systems.
• Travel to client sites locally and regionally; 10–15 travel days per month.
