Qualifications

• Experience with proposals, budgeting, and scheduling for engineering projects.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Understanding of the AEC project life cycle.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and PE licensure is required or in progress.
• Experience in water resources or surface water projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and oversee project management tasks including budgeting and scheduling.
• Direct project teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
• Develop and implement quality control plans.
• Attend meetings and presentations for new projects.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Recruitment involvement may be required.
