Spicer Group Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Water Resources / Surface Water to lead and coordinate surface water projects throughout the full project life cycle.

You will manage proposals, design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction support while guiding engineers, technicians, and support staff in a client-focused environment. The role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, experience in the AEC industry lifecycle, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; PE license preferred.
• Strong project management and leadership skills; ability to coordinate multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium surface water projects from proposal through construction support.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates; ensure quality control and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams; provide technical guidance.
