Job summary

Aguirre & Fields is seeking an experienced Stormwater Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects across the Fort Worth area. This hands-on role covers planning, design, construction, and closeout, with a strong emphasis on delivering durable, compliant stormwater solutions.

The ideal candidate will hold a PE license with 5–10 years of civil engineering experience, and be prepared to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, and teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• PE license required; 5–10 years civil engineering experience.
• Strong stormwater engineering background.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and teams.
• DFW-area preferred; in-person collaboration weekly for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead stormwater projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee scoping, procurement, design, construction, and closeout phases.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, utilities, and municipal stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and deliverables.
• Lead design reviews, public meetings, and coordination activities.
• Identify challenges and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
