Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction project management and professional civil engineering work to evaluate Stormwater-related issues and develop the scope, schedule, and budget for Stormwater infrastructure capital improvement projects.
• Ability to meet pressing deadlines and manage contracts; significant public interaction with City officials, residents, and other agencies.
• Exceptional customer service, time management, communication, and writing skills for inquiries.
• Review consultant plans and specifications to ensure compliance with laws, codes and regulations.
• Prepare, review and evaluate construction bids, cost estimates, change orders and related analyses.
• Provide direct support to the Engineering Manager and help implement policies and procedures.
