Qualifications

• Requires PE licensure and ABET‑accredited civil engineering degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of design standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and produce complete engineering designs, including plans, specs, reports, calculations, and estimates.
• Evaluate design alternatives and select solutions balancing quality, constructability, cost and schedule.
• Coordinate technical work with project managers, disciplines, subconsultants and external stakeholders.
• Review and oversee work to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Prepare and review technical reports, studies, and documentation using standard tools.
• Support project delivery by identifying technical risks and resolving design issues.
• Communicate with clients, agencies, and project partners professionally.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Participate in professional or community organizations to support growth.
