Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead design, rehabilitation, and construction projects in water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver high-quality solutions.

With 10+ years in the field and PE licensure, you will mentor staff, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to proposals and business development while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 10+ years in water/utility projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Performs design, rehabilitation, and construction work for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
• Leads condition assessment, prepares reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations; ensures quality standards.
• Mentors internal staff and collaborates with supervisors and team leaders.
• Develops client relationships and supports business development activities.
• Represents firm in proposals, professional associations, and industry committees.
