Qualifications

• Minimum five years in stormwater, drainage, streets, utilities, construction, heavy equipment, public works maintenance, or related field.
• At least two years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate field crews.
• Develop daily work assignments and respond to weather events.
• Ensure licenses, certifications, and safety training are up to date.
• Coordinate emergency response and flood-related issues with multiple departments.
• Maintain operational records and improve stormwater infrastructure.
