Project Inspection Supervisor

We're looking for a knowledgeable, field-focused construction inspection professional who can lead a team and help ensure City infrastructure projects are built safely, accurately, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and municipal standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience inspecting civil construction projects-such as streets, water mains, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers-along with the ability to read engineering plans, address field issues, and work effectively with contractors, engineers, and internal staff. We're seeking someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and can prioritize multiple active projects.
This role is also a people leader. The successful candidate will be comfortable mentoring inspectors, assigning and reviewing work, providing technical guidance, and supporting staff development and performance.
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, with with occasional schedule adjustments, overtime, or after-hours work as needed to support project inspections, and emergency operations.
